What are your store hours?
We’re open multiple days a week! Check our Google listing or follow us onsocial media for the latest hours and updates.

Where are you located?
You can find us at 832 Purser Dr #204, Raleigh, NC 27603 — right here in Raleigh, NC.

Do you have parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available right outside our storefront.

Are you open on weekends/holidays?
We’re open most weekends and select holidays. Follow us on social or check Google for any special holiday hours.

Inventory & Products

What kind of items do you sell?
We carry an ever-changing mix of home improvement goods, tools, lighting, kitchen appliances, furniture, and seasonal décor — all at unbeatable prices.

Do you sell tools, furniture, appliances, etc.?
Yes! We stock tools (like Ryobi, Milwaukee, and DeWalt), small kitchen appliances, housewares, lighting, furniture, and outdoor gear.

Are your items new or used?
Most items are open-box or like-new. Some are gently used. We inspect everything before it hits the floor.

Do you test the items before selling them?
Absolutely! All open or used items are tested to make sure they’re working properly.

How often do you get new inventory in?
New products arrive weekly — so there’s always something new to check out!

Pricing & Payments

How are your prices compared to retail stores?
Our pricing is aggressive — often significantly cheaper than traditional retail.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We frequently run in-store specials and flash sales. Follow us on social media to stay in the loop.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

Orders & Policies

Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes you can shop online and have items shipped directly to your door or click the option to have local pickup! We will send you an email in 2-4 days when your items are ready to be picked up.

Do you hold items or take reservations?
Sorry, we aren’t able to hold items or accept reservations — inventory moves fast, and it’s first come, first served.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for ONLINE orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for an online return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Online returns, the payment will be refunded the original form of payment.

We do not accept returns on items purchased in store - we offer a 10 day guarantee on the functionality of the product (Defective or product not functioning based on the condition issue).  

No in store returns are allowed for online purchases 

Can I return an item if it doesn’t work?

Everything is sold as-is, but we thoroughly inspect and test all items before putting them out for sale. If you ever have a concern, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help however we can!
